Parking Lot Work has been Completed
S&S Paving has completed work on the parking lot.
Assessment Reduced
As
recommended by the board of directors and approved by the membership at the
annual meeting, the assesment for paying of the water bill that was put into
affect in 2008, has been cut in half.
The next statement that will be going out in August will show $550 for
the maintenance fees and $50 for the water assessment for a total of $600 per
quarter. This is a reduction of $50 per
quarter.
